After a very long and tiring trip we are finally at the Bell School, in Bedgebury, Kent. We were received warmly by all the staff we will be seeing daily. In the few hours that we have been here they have proven to be both friendly and supportive. The children, despite being tired, are in high spirits and keep saying that the school reminds them of the Harry Potter movies.
It's 7:49 p.m. and, as I write these lines, the children are together in the Common Room where they have a ping-pong table, taca-taca, big-screen TV to watch movies and another big screen for Wii games. Tomorrow, Sunday, they will start with their English lessons. That should cover most of the morning and, after lunch, they will have sporting activities. All in all, a very full day.
