Rye

Dear readers,

Today the children spent all their morning in English lessons.  The teachers here are very happy with their level of English.  I have asked them to push them so that they can make as much progress as possible during these three weeks.
After a delicious lunch we left for Rye, which is a very small and very old town on the coast of the English Channel and is located three quarters of an hour away from Bedgebury and the Bell School.  The boys and girls were nicely impressed by the town and had a chance to walk its cobblestoned streets while they played a game of treasure hunt.  They have now spent some of their money on souvenirs.
Have a look at some of the photographs that we took of this afternoon's expedition.
